4 members of St Albans Gang Show have decided to go on a 'Belly Busters' diet in memory of our friend and Gang Show colleague Paul Atkins.

The 4 of us are - Danielle Chowdhary (Production), Barry Shadbolt (Refreshments and Front of Curtain), Bridget Shadbolt (Costumes) and Simon Roberts (Cast).

Our aim is to lose weight and raise money for an important charity, The Hospice of St Francis, who cared for Paul through his illness.

We need all the support and encouragement you can give us and we will announce our final weight loss in front of the cast at our annual Gang Show Camp. We will also keep you updated on our progress via Facebook.

If all our friends were able to donate £1 each we would raise loads for a great cause.
