The job of a HGV driver may not seem that extraordinary, but when you are driving on the roads day in, day out, you quickly realise how dangerous the roads can be and have seen too many serious accidents to know that time is against any person unfortunate enough to be injured in a traffic incident.  The air ambulance is a crucial part of the emergency services that is not government funded and therefore entirely relies on donations like yours to help them keep flying these life saving missions!

So...a bit about our challenge (we've got to make raising money fun!)...Benidorm or BUST explained...

A c.2000mile road trip (top gear style) all the way to Benidorm in an old banger, trying to find a car that will do one final adventure... Fingers crossed we make it and have fun along the way whilst raising money for a good cause along the way. 

Toyota Ron Brooks Ilkeston have kindly donated a car - a 2005 Toyota Corolla Verso for the trip that will get scrapped or sold when we arrive in Benidorm. The money will get added to the charity pot. A big thank you to Toyota Ron Brooks Ilkeston for this amazing contribution! And to Promotional Display & Sign Company for stickering up the car to make it road trip ready.

Finally a big shout out to TecservUK for our biggest donation yet and for supporting our journey so far. They have also paid for some advertising on the car and are getting a sticker over to us to be represented.
