Turns out I'm running Tough Mudder , yes you read that right, no hell hasn't frozen over and no pigs haven't started flying . There are all kinds of errors in that statement , I can say running in the loosest of possible terms and given that my idea of mud is in the form of a face mask in a spa with a glass of champagne you can probably tell that I am under prepared for what's about to come.

Anyway despite all of that I'm hoping to use this information to leverage some pennies out of anyone who's feeling generous . It's after pay day (timed this well didn't I) and I'm going to be tortured by mud, cold water and electric shocks this Sunday - 4th of June, which means you don't have to wait long for the photos of me at my finest.

They are a charity that improves the lives of children and adults with cerebral palsy through specialist therapy, support and information. They’re ambitious for people with cerebral palsy. For over 25 years the therapists have worked alongside people with cerebral palsy, their families and carers, helping them develop practical skills which transform daily life.
