Story
The final update…….
I completed my run in 2hrs 12 mins, within my target time of 2hrs 15mins. I have to admit it’s probably the hardest thing I have done and wasn’t helped by me going too fast at the start and not pacing myself properly. I got to the halfway point in 1hr 1min but paid for my too fast pace from 9 miles onwards. At the beginning of last week I was never going to run another 13.1 miles in my life, but I am coming round to the idea now so watch this space…..
