First thing people need to know is I was not a cyclist before I started this training. Now I am at risk of being classed a cycle nerd. But that's ok!
Bonus of all the training for me ultimately will be a firmer butt and legs. At my age that's a good thing. But the bigger bonus will be raising money for this great cause.
