Being There supports people with a diagnosis of a life limiting illness such as cancer, stroke, heart and respiratory conditions and their carers. Their works helps to support people's health and wellbeing and keeps people connected to others. They offer befriending, respite sitting, hospital transport, social groups and counselling. They have a fantastic team of 15 staff and 80 volunteers who visit their clients and
support their work.

In support of their efforts and to celebrate the charity's 40^th anniversary, Stephensons Solicitors LLP will be hosting a charity fundraising football tournament on 23^rd October 2023. The tournament will consist of an 11-a-side team from Stephensons, Fletchers Solicitors, Cobden House Chambers and Premex Services Limited.
