Pollyanna's The BeGlad Movement

The BeGlad Movement · 4 October 2019
The BeGlad Movement is a collection of interviews where people have gone through all sorts of hard, sometimes tragic situations and come out stronger the other side.
The idea was to create a space online where people who were in the midst of their own tough times could come and gain inspiration and hope to keep searching for potential silver linings.
It was set up by Pollyanna Charnley who was named after the book and film Pollyanna.
When she was growing up, if ever anything went wrong in her life her mum used to always encourage her to play ‘the Glad Game,’ and look for all the positives in the situation as well as list off all the things she was grateful for and lucky to have in her life. Find out more here www.beglad.co.uk
