Beers n Gears Ride the Dragon

On Sunday 19th June 2022, 6 Members of the Beers n Gears team Bryan, Brad, Graham, Steve, Richard & Tom are going to be partaking in the Dragon Ride 100 in Wales.

The Dragon ride 100 is actually a 98Km ride with 1314m of climbing in the Welsh hills This is going to be a tough ride with some crazy hills and we're aiming to complete this in around 4:30 hours (ish)

We have decided to try and raise some money for WestKent Mind who are here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem in the Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling and Tunbridge Wells districts in West Kent has somewhere to turn for advice and support.

They understand that managing a mental health problem can be worrying and isolating, so they offer clear and practical support that everyone can access. Their experienced team offers a range of services from counselling and hands on activities such as gardening and music groups, to specialised support programmes and mental health workshops and training courses for individuals and workplaces, all designed to help put coping strategies into practice for everyday life.
