I decided this year i wanted to complete a 10k run for charity, as most of my loved ones know we lost Joshua's grandad- John Simpson recently to heart problems and his wishes were for any donations to go to the British Heart Foundation to help further research and keep our hearts beating.

I also have another member of my family, Martin O'connor who suffers with heart disease and so this seems the perfect way to give back and help raise donations for a worthwile cause.

In addition to this Joshua and Ruby Simpson will be running the mini 2k run at Heaton Park Bury on the 17th May 2014.

 Please give what ever you can no matter how small to help us complete Johns wishes, his family would be for ever greatful.
