Story
CALM is a charity close to me since one of my close friends took his life in August 2018.
Dan was always smiling and joking and I'll never forget the day I got that heart breaking call. Ever since I've been a volunteer for CALM and think I always will be.
Since COVID-19 has come into our lives and lockdown has been put in place it's been a test on people's mental health. Charities are also getting less donations and money coming in and many have people have had to tighten their belts. If you can spare it, please donate and keep the charity doing its life saving work x
I'm taking part in the HomeRun for CALM to support their life-saving services. The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide. Through our life-saving services and campaigns that drive cultural change, we work with people to push for a life less miserable for you, your friends, your family, and, well, everyone.OUR SERVICES:> Webchat and helpline (0800 58 58 58) from 5pm - midnight every day.
