GROVE IIII RUNS LIVERPOOL!!!!! 

Ok my lovely brother Chris and his friend Hayley have helped me find an English charity that can help with donating to the cause I wish to run for so noone loses money by donating in dollars and we get the UK tax gift aid thingy too!!!! Yeah all round!

So I have decided on a random snowy day that I was going to try my hardest to run the Liverpool Half Marathon.....mmmmm??? Has she gone mad? Probably.

I am going to run for Congo women who are victims of rape as a weapon of war and the International Rescue Committee has a campaign dedicated to this that I am going to ask them to donate it all to.

I have read and seen a lot of documentaries about this awful problem in the Congo and it appauls me that human beings have the capacity to perform such digusting tasks that these women have had to suffer.  It chills me to the bone and therefore when I am running and when it hurts (which it really does I dont enjoy it that much really!!)
