I know I said I wouldn't be doing another run but the Samaritans were looking for runners for the Greenwich Park Santa 5 kilometre run on Sunday 7th December 2008. How could I resist the opportunity of dressing up as Father Christmas (it's obligatory) and joining 999 other Santas for a trot around Greenwich Park? I might even rope in Bean to dress up as a reindeer.

If you can find it in your heart to donate just a little bit to this really worthwhile charity, I would appreciate it so much. And if anyone wants to come along and watch 1000 Santas running around Greenwich Park, the race is on a Sunday and starts at 11.
