I have chosen to fund raise for Pancreatic Cancer UK in memory of my uncle Stephen who lost his fight with pancreatic cancer aged just 28 in February 2006 and in support of my incredible friend, Sarah who is currently fighting this unforgiving disease. 

Pancreatic cancer is the 5th biggest cancer killer in the UK with the lowest survival of all common cancers. Research into pancreatic cancer has been underfunded for decades, receiving only 3% of the UK cancer research budget, meaning survival has barely changed in the past 40 years. It’s up to us to speak up on behalf of those who have died and together fund the research breakthroughs that will transform the future 💜
