I am running the Torbay Half Marathon on Sunday 12th September in aid of the Stanley Beau Foundation, a charity close to my heart. The Foundation supports children with life limiting illnesses and their families, because time is just too precious. 

The Foundation:

• Provides a support line for a friendly ear, emotional support, signposting and more
• Provides holidays and shot breaks to families in need and 
• Will be building Devon's first purpose built facility offering respite holidays and breaks. 

My training started during the Walk to School week back in May, where I ran to school each day for a week! Unfortunately my 'training' has not gone completely to plan, so to run a half marathon in less than 2 weeks will be a personal challenge, but I am up for it! Please support me via donating to the Stanley Beau Foundation which supports children with life limiting illnesses from diagnosis, through illness and beyond.
