Thanks for visiting my page! I am challenging myself to run the sandstone trail from Beeston Castle to Delamere forest which is 10.6 miles or 17km on the 11th September. This will be my biggest challenge yet, both in distance and stamina!

I was recently diagnosed with epilepsy after months of having focal aware seizures which I just thought to be a 'funny turn'. Focal aware seizures are not very well known, even my GP didn't know about them! I am raising awareness of epilepsy as not all seizures are the same, there are many different types and symptoms. Having my driving licence taken off me, being told not to swim alone, not take a bath all was a bit of a shocker, epilepsy action is where I was referred to for information and support and thats why I want to raise money for them so they can keep doing what they do best!
