I am going to be running the City of Manchester 10k on the 3rd July this year. I am running it for a great cause: The Francis House Childrens Hospice.

I have the privaledge of teaching children aged 11 and older, some children do not make this age and them, and their families, need a lot of care and support in this time of sadness. Please give as much as you can it really is a great cause!!!
