Story

Hey everyone...

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I am going to be running the Brighton Marathon on 10 April for Prospect Hospice. The hospice gave a huge amount of support to my Grandad when he was there, and is a charity very close to my family's heart.  Any donations, however small, would be greatly appreciated. Over the last 2 months I have completed the Portsmouth and Brighton Half Marathons in preparation, and am looking forward to the big day and raising as much money as I can in donations from all of you lovely people!

Prospect Hospice was founded thirty years ago, and has brought dedicated end of life care to thousands of patients, and support for their families, in Swindon, Marlborough and north Wiltshire since then. Prospect's work, in the community, in the purpose-built Hospice, and in patients' homes, is given freely, but costs more than £4.5m each year to deliver, three quarters of which we must raise ourselves.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Lots of Love Becky x
