On 21 May 2023, I'll be taking part in the Great West Run, in aid of Hospiscare💜

I'll be running this with Kimmy, taking part in her first half marathon 🏅 We are completing training runs together each week between now and May to work up to the distance and working hard to keep on top of our plan ⭐️

Hospiscare is a local charity, caring for terminally ill patients and their families across Exeter, Mid and East Devon. Their teams of doctors and nurses offer specialist palliative care, to ensure that patients can make the most of the time they have left. Hospiscare are a vital part of the local healthcare system and as a charity, they rely on donations to keep their services going. I know the past couple of years have been hard for everyone, but I want to help ensure Hospiscare can continue to be there for the community now and in the future.
