Hi! I'm Becki! I've work as a freelance artist for Starcatchers and have been luckily enough to be involved in two amazing projects for early years children called Blue Block Studio and Sprog Rock. These also happen to be 2 of my most favourite projects that I've ever done so I'm delighted to be fundraising for Starcatchers new project 'Expecting Something' a continuation of a pilot project run in Wester Hailes for young expectant mothers under 25 and young families and their babies. The participants take part in weekly artist-lead creative sessions which can range from photography, drama, music and art etc lead by Katy Wilson and Hazel Darwin Edwards.

This will be my first half marathon, I'll be so chuffed to complete it and more so as part of this fundraising mega team. Things that will keep me going on the day: cake, the team, it being a public event where I've said I'll do it to raise money for the babies, more cake.
