Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am running the BUPA 10km charity race in London on the 30th of May 2011. I am doing this on behalf of the charity Refuge. They are an organisation that help to provide shelter and protection to women and children who suffer from domestic violence. 

I think this is a really good cause and would love it if you were able to help me out by donating all that you can. All the support both myself and the charity receive is greatly appreciated and will make a huge difference to these women's lives.
