Story
Sadly, 26th July 2012, my family lost my beloved Grandad. My Grandad was a huge supporter of the GNAAS for many years, and it was ironic that he left his loving home in the GNAAS Helicopter that day. Unfortunately, he never returned, but we aim to raise money for such a great cause, in memory of him. Millom and the surrounding areas in Cumbria have been badly affected in recent times, and during Summer last year, Millom alone had several visits in the space of a couple of weeks,. This shows that due to our remote areas in Cumbria, how much we rely on the continued support of our local services. Facts and figures are on the profile picture attached.
In order to raise money for the GNAAS, my brother Mark and I are doing a
SKYDIVE (Tandem) on SATURDAY 19th OCTOBER 2013
at the Skyline Airfield at Cark.
We are hoping to raise a minimum of £2,500 to help save a life by raising the much needed funds to activate one of the helicopters.
BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!
In all honesty, I am absolutely terrified of looking out of the Plane and looking down, but the reason I am doing it, will give me that extra push!
This is an amazing cause and it desperately needs your kind donations and support to keep going. As they say, WE NEED YOUR HELP TODAY - WILL YOU NEED OURS TOMORROW - This is very true!
If you would like to help raise money for this cause, then please sponsor us.
