Having always said I wanted to run the London Marathon, I am finally doing it. My initial goal of getting around in 4 hours is seeming optimistic, but I am training hard and completed my first half marathon at the beginning of Feb.

I am running for a very special charity called ICAN who do amazing things to help children with communications difficulties. Any donation would be really appreciated!
