We rescue abandoned and neglected animals to stop animal cruelty in Northern Ireland
Story
Laura Robinson was a young 21 year old girl from Portadown, Northern Ireland who was tragically killed in a horrific M1 Motorway collision on June 5th 2002. She died instantly along with her friend Leigh Creaney after a drunk driver sped down the fast lane of the motorway towards oncoming traffic.
Laura was a gifted singer / songwriter who never got the chance to record her own work. She did h...owever record a cover version of 'The Power of Love' the night before her death. Her family went on to release this song showcasing her talent in 2002. Laura was passionate about music, how people relate to the lyrics and the impact they have on their lives. 10 years on her family have now decided to release a Charity Tribute Single 'Beautiful Angel' in her memory. The song has been written especially for the occasion and is aiming to raise much needed funds for Crosskennan Lane Animal Sanctuary.
An emotional record, Beautiful Angel is sure to give goose bumps with vocals oozing tones and qualities of Johnny Cash and Gary Lightbody.
Crosskennan Lane Animal Sanctuary is a registered charity situated close to Antrim. The sanctuary has been a registered charity since 1996 and is the only welfare and rescue organisation for horses and ponies in Northern Ireland.
