In May 2012 I will be running the SouthEast/Midlands Tough Mudder. It is a 12-mile run through mud with 28 Special Forces obstacles to contend with and conquer, some comprising ice-cold water, fire and even electricity. It cannot be done alone. I don't have a charity close to my heart but my good friend James (who is also taking part in this crazy event) is running on behalf of Daisy and a charity that helps her and other children who so unfairly have to suffer with arthritis.
