Story
My name is Beau and I am 6 years old. I am only little but I have very long curly hair. I have asked my Mummy if I can have it all cut off to give to someone that doesn’t have any hair. I want to give it to the Little Princess Trust so they can make a child a wig and I am going to have it all cut and give it all away. My mummy has booked an appointment at the Sixth Sense Hair Salon in Sutton Coldfield on Saturday 5th June at 10am.
I love helping people and I really want to help people suffering with cancer because In 2017 I lost three people in my family, my Grandad Clem, Auntie Laura and Mummy’s Cousin Marie all had cancer and passed away in under six months. I miss them all very much. My mummy’s friend also recently lost her 18 year old nephew, Ben Saunders to cancer (heart sarcoma). Ben set up an amazing charity before he passed away to help children and teenagers (& their families) who are suffering from cancer. His charity is called the Ben Saunders Foundation.
The Ben Saunders Foundation have raised enough money to buy a holiday home in the Cotswolds where they offer free holidays for children, teens and young adults who have cancer to have a holiday with their family free of charge. They are now raising money to buy a second holiday home to offer more people the chance to have a holiday.
I wanted to help this charity because i think children and teenagers deserve to have a holiday when they are poorly and it’s a lovely thing to be able to offer them.
I hope that by donating my hair I can make someone happy with a new wig too.
Please get behind me and donate if you can. I would love to raise £500 but will be happy with how ever much I can raise foe this amazing charity. I know If they were still here I will be making my Grandad Clem, Auntie Laura and Marie proud.
Thank you for reading and please help me if you can.
Beau
