For many, the conditions created by lockdown will leave them feeling they have nowhere to turn for confidential advice and support. They could be trapped in dangerous situations with violent, coercive or abusive family members. Navigating the online world can add further challenges. With more time spent online, young people are at greater risk of grooming and online abuse. That's why I'm proud to be helping Brook to continue providing safe spaces and confidential, non-judgmental support at a time when many services have closed their doors.
