As you may know me and Joe both have Bipolar Disorder. Weirdly, we recently both have had Bipolar Crises and we were both admitted to Wedgewood House for a stay as inpatients.

-We also both love exercise-

We had decided to run a Spartan Trifector this year which is a 21k Beast, a 10k Super and a 5k Sprint with obstacles.

In light of recent events we have decided to do them as Virtual races with bodyweight exercises, before the end of May, to raise a bit of money and some awareness for Bipolar UK.
