Each week at least twelve young people in the UK die suddenly as a result of undiagnosed heart conditions. At Cardiac Risk In the Young we aim to save young lives & to help those affected by the sudden cardiac death. We do this by providing support, information & screening those affected.

I love my beard but not everyone does. Mum particularly hates it. So...

Decide if you want me bearded, stubbled or clean shaven. Then donate a £1 or however much you can spare and leave a note as to what you're voting for.

Come December 31st it'll stay, get trimmed, or be binned completely based on which style raises the most money, and stay that way for 2015.
