Every time I present a television programme wearing this woolly hat, people get in touch to ask me where I got it from.

The answer is: my Aunt Sue knitted it for me!

Aunt Sue knitted three more hats - in soft wool and beautiful Autumn colours - and we started this raffle to raise funds for Young Minds. Overwhelmed by the response, Sue has knitted another hat - so there are now four beautiful beanies in the raffle.

It's been a particularly tough couple of years for many young people, and Young Minds is the UK’s leading charity devoted to improving the emotional wellbeing and mental health of children and young people.

The raffle will take place at midday on Sunday 12th December, when Sue and I will announce the lucky three winners on Twitter!
