My dad and I are happy to volunteer in support of this year's Fit for Care event - the McCormick Care Foundation's first walk/run event! My career has spanned between both the long-term care side and the day program, and these two "sides" of the building are more connected than you would imagine. Many of our former and future day program clients will call the LTC side "home" and we are happy to support this fundraiser to make "home" as amazing as possible.
