We support Bristol Children's Hospital to save lives & support sick children

Story

Thanks for visiting our team fundraising page! We are a team of mad doctors (James, Andy, Janet, Mike, Nick and Laura) from the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children. We work in surgery, anaesthetics, intensive care and emergency medicine.

We are trying to raise money for a specialist bereavement cubicle in our Children's Intensive Care Unit. Our hope is to transform one of our existing cubicles into a more suitable environment where parents can stay with their dying children.

We have been training for a year and have had to overcome deep sea monsters, hypothermia, and ferocious jelly fish as we brave swimming across the 21 mile English Channel during the week of September 4th this year. Please help us achieve our goal .....it will help us on our way.
