Boodles Boxing Ball makes a welcome return in 2022 where once again, we will fight for families in aid of Hope and Homes for Children. Can we count on you to be in our corner?

Story

I, Joe "Twinkletoes" Tuckey will take on Mackenzie "Hollywood" Hunkin to fight for families.

Every child needs and deserves to grow up in a loving and caring family. Never alone in orphanages that expose them to neglect and abuse.

Hope and Homes for Children fight for families globally - on the ground in Ukraine and neighbouring countries Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria, in Africa and in Asia - giving every child the chance to grow up with someone to love and someone to love them.

100,000 children, over 90% of whom have family, are confined in Ukraines orphanages because of poverty and disability. They are facing the danger and fear of war without family to comfort them. Many orphanage staff have fled the country in search of safety, leaving large numbers of children totally alone. This is why orphanages don't protect children, they harm them.

On June 10th I am fighting to keep families together, reunite those that have been separated and create new ones, so all children have the love and protection of a family.

Will you be in my corner?

5.4 million children across the world are currently trapped in orphanages – even though 80% of them have family they could live with if they had the right support. Orphanages harm children, depriving them of love and exposing them to abuse. Your support helps us get children to back to family.
