Story
Last week, Our friend Harrison Eden was Diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. While Harrison is tough and has been exceptionally brave so far, we want to do our bit to support him and to try to make something positive out of this awful situation. Therefore we are fundraising to buy Harrison some small items to make his time in hospital slightly more comfortable and importantly, raising money for Children with Cancer UK. This Charity is working specifically on the type of cancer that Harrison had been diagnosed with; Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
In order to fundraise, we have decided that we are each going to run the distance from Baysgarth School to Leeds General Hospital where Harrison is based. The 56 miles will not be easy, we are not runners, we are simply a group of Harrison's friends but we are putting our bodies through a fraction of what Harrison's is going through. In the final week of term, we will then be shaving our heads in support of Harrison who will most likely lose his during his chemotherapy treatment.
Please give all you can to help us support him and others through this.
