Story

In honour of our guru Yogacharya BKS Iyengar's Centenary in 2018 we will host a ten yoga workshops to spread his teachings that have helped literally millions of people across the world. At the same time we'll raise money for this great cause.

His teaching methodology popularly known as Iyengar Yoga is practised across 85 countries. He created a unique synthesis of classical yoga and western medical science by refining the yoga practice through correct anatomical positioning, physiological functioning, proper sequencing and timing in the practice of asanas and pranayama. He also developed the therapeutic applications of yoga, making it accessible to all.

The workshops range from Introduction to yoga, yoga for men, Yoga for over 60s, yoga for sleep problems, Introduction to Iyengar method, yoga for office workers, yoga philosophy, restorative yoga. There's something for everyone, do join us!
