The Salvation Army' Covid 19 Community support
Campaign by The Salvation Army (RCN 214779 and in Scotland SC009359)
Supporting those who are struggling during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Story

Could you help us help vulnerable people in our community as we tackle the Coronavirus pandemic? We're delivering vital medication and food to those at high risk of being infected by the disease, and providing food to families and individuals in need.

  • £20 could help us keep our food bank stocked and open to provide essentials to people in need.
  • £45 could help us ensure more people have somewhere to turn in this crisis.
  • £114 could meet the cost of an officer for 3 days so they can provide support for vulnerable people.

Coronavirus has changed everyones lives. It seems to have turned society upside down.

The Salvation Army is resolute and strong. We carry on, doing what we can to support people and communities in the many ways that we can. Our greatest strength is our flexibility and our responsible local presence. Right now, each of our 650 corps and community centres will know exactly what the most effective things are to do.

Just as we did in the Spanish Flu pandemic and during the bombing and the Blitz we carry on. Thank you for helping us. We salute you!
