Story

We're one of London's largest choirs and being that we can't yet resume in-person rehearsal, we are maintaining singing through remotely recorded projects.

This project is an arrangement of Adophe Adam's "O Holy Night", arranged by our choir's chair, Jonathan Startup.

Joining us on this project is Dr Alex Aldren (Tenor), Katie Thomas (Soprano), our Music Director, Ivor Setterfield and pianist, Chris Lee.

SHP is a London charity working to prevent homelessness and help vulnerable and socially excluded people to transform their lives.

The ongoing pandemic has made SHP’s  work more important than ever. During lockdown, we helped over 300 Londoners move from their emergency accommodation into a place they can really call home for good.

For those forced into homelessness, this Christmas will be harder than ever. With the amazing support of Barts Choir we are hoping  to find at least another 100 people their own safe and secure homes by Christmas.

Every £200 could help us make a house a home for a client.

Wishing you all a warm, joyful and peaceful Christmas and New Year.
