In aid of World Mental Health day on 10 October 2020, I'll be taking part in a five-day global move challenge from 12-16 October 2020, to raise vital funds for Mental Health UK. #MoveforCharity MHUK is an amazing charity and now more than ever, we all understand how important it is to take care of our mental health as well as our physical health. Get moving for charity will do both!! Together with my secret weapon Tommy, I am aiming to do a physical activity of 7km each day as this definitely helps my mental heath but hopefully with your kind donations, I will also be helping someone else's mental health too.
