As many of you know, after a few years of applying, I finally have my place in the London Marathon. I have chosen to run for Macmillan Cancer Support as this is a cause very close to my heart. My family and my close friends have all lost people dear to us through this disease, so this is just my way of remembering them, and trying to raise as much as possible.

I know you're probably inundated with charity requests, so no matter how small your donation, every little helps.

Running isn't my idea of fun, but I'll give it a good go!
