I've blown the dust of my trainers and broken sweat for virtually the first time since Sam popped into this world, almost 4 years ago, to run this half marathon, as a group of about 20 staff have signed up from school.

Although Hannah is almost 6 years old we will always be grateful to St Georges for saving our little girl.
