Story

Let me take you back 5 years…….

Barry ate what he wanted, smoked 20 Embassy a day, life was good……

5 years later, although he’s stopped smoking he’s gained 4 stone and his view on exercise was something strange people did dressed in fluorescent tops and spandex….

In early April he started running, not far at 1st but soon was giving Forrest Gump a run for his money. 8 weeks later he got roped in to doing the Manchester 10k and finished with a respectable time of 50 mins.

He’s now taken up the challenge of running a Half Marathon and has chosen a fantastic Charity to support in the British Heart Foundation – He’s set a target of raising £500 so If you could please donate as little ( or as much!! ) as you can spare he’d really appreciate it.
