Head to Toe is the charity for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT).  They provide a unique additional service that compliments the non commissioned support, that the NHS are often unable to fund due to restrictions in provision and budgets.  This help could include additional equipment needs, course attendance, trips out - the options are endless as long as the patient or group of patients are at the centre and would directly benefit from the input.  

This help is vital in providing the additional input to enhance existing treatment, that NHS funds simply can’t reach.  It enables our amazing NHS staff to provide even better care and treatment to people of all ages receiving mental health, community and social care across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
