This is my third year running in the Great Manchester Run.  10K through Manchester with about 35,000 others is exhilerating. It's also a chance to raise funds for charity.  This time it's particularly relevent.  Our family have recently needed help from The Christy.  Their support and care have been wonderful.  With your help I would like to give something back.  This would be so appreciated by many other families in need in the future.
