Max, Harry, Jake and Myself will be running as usual in this years Hornsey YMCA Crouch End 10K and Childrens Fun Run. This is the 20th Anniversary of the event that has raised over £150,000 for local charities and is this year targeting £20K. If you would like to motivate the boys and myself further, anything you can do will be appreciated.
