I’ve worked for Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust for  3 years and been a Trustee of the Charity throughout that time. 

The Charity works very hard to support patients and colleagues with things that the NHS can be challenged at times to help with ether because of time or resource constraints. 

I’ve seen up close the benefit of the charity across a range of issues.  Its support to the National Spinal Injury Centre. It’s work during the pandemic in supporting colleagues health and well-being. It’s notable work on our environment has been been impressive. But Perhaps most importantly at the moment the proactive fundraising it’s doing for our new Paediatric facility at Stoke Mandeville Hospital which will be a step change in care for children in Buckinghamshire. 

I’ve been training for the marathon and hope to raise a few pounds for our charity. Your support would be greatly appreciated!
