Myself and Paul Webber are taking part in the KM Big Bike Ride for The Challenging Behaviour Foundation (CBF). The CBF will recieve 70% of all sponsorship I raise. 

The CBF are the charity specialising in severe learning disabilities and behaviour described as challenging. To find out more about the work they do, visit www.challengingbehaviour.org.uk
