I am running the Royal Parks half marathon in aid of two charities, Taylans Project which raises money for brain tumour research which is the cancer which kills more children and young adults than any other, but only receives minimal funding.

The other charity I am running for is Papworth Hospital, chosen by Jo Bedford the wife of my friend Stephen Bedford who died very unexpectedly recently at the tender age of 33. Steve was an all round nice guy and Papworth was the hospital that did most to save him and it is a workplace he had a great connection with.
