As you may or may not know Vicki has Breast Cancer and she is being treated at the Royal Marsden.  To date all is going very well, and we are happy with the care she has received. 

As a small gesture a group of us from Tae-Kwon-do are running the Great South Run on the 22nd October 2006.  I ran it last year in a time of 1.25 hour and as a personal challenge for myself, hitting my 50th year I would like to improve on my time.  I am currently training and my average time is 10 minutes a mile!
