Hello! I hope you’re all good. For my college at Hills road we raising money for the Barnardo’s Charity. They are a charity who support children in poverty in the UK.

Here are a few things the charity do to help:

• ”We offer practical and emotional support to young people so they can enter adulthood with the confidence they need to achieve their full potential.”

• ”We support children who have been abused and help them feel safe again. We provide the long-term support they need and help prevent further cases of abuse.”

• ”Fostering is a really important role that can get a child through a difficult time. Your love and support can make a huge difference to their life – and to yours. And you won't be alone: we will give you all the specialist support you need.”

Our group are going to do a sponsored walk around Cambridge to raise money for Barnardo’s.

£25 can pay for bedding and give a young person living in care a safe space to sleep
