We bring people and dogs together to make life possible in extraordinary ways

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Central Region Training Consultants JustGiving page.

Following the sad loss of our colleague Paul Wright in November 2012, the Training Consultants in Central Region wanted to do something to remember him and contribute to something positive that helps others - which was very much Paul's approach to life. We thought a great way of doing this was by supporting a charity that mean't something to Paul and his family. After speaking to his wife Louise and sons Matthew and Adam they suggested we support a charity that first came to their attention when their neighbours who were puppy walkers shared the fund raising they did for "Dogs for the Disabled"

Paul and his family had a love for dogs and seeing the huge difference a dog can make to a persons independence inspired them to support the charity whenever they could. It seems fitting that this is the perfect way to remember our valued friend and colleague whilst helping others.

Our aim throughout 2013 is to raise £11,000 to fully train and name a dog.

To date we have raised £3103

So on the 18th July we will be doing a sponsored walk and collectively as a team our aim is to walk 220 miles (approx 10 miles each)

Our aim is to raise a minimum of £750.00 which Barclays Bank will match £4£.

Your support will be very much appreciated and will make a massive difference to this inspiring charity.
