Barchester Bikers... The First Crusade, 9 May 2008
Participants: Greg Swire & Jim Marr
We help older people and disabled adults to connect & be active in their local area

Story

On Saturday 10th May Greg and Jim, accompanied by a small support staff, will be off to the USA on a gruelling 4-day tour of homes owned by our sister company Trilogy. Randy Bufford, CEO of Trilogy, has kindly offered to host the visit and help raise cash for the Barchester Foundation.

The trip is a fantastic opportunity to unite with our fellow staff and residents in the U.S and we will be carrying a flag of friendship on our rented Harley Davidson's, getting it signed at each facility we visit.

The Barchester Foundation does a wonderful job of helping older people and other adults with disabilities across England, Scotland and Wales. Your money will make a real difference by supporting practical solutions  that lead to increased personal independence and quality of life - so please dig deep and sponsor us online!

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us and the Barchester Healthcare Foundation will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Many thanks for your support and we look forward to meeting all of our American friends during our 4-day visit!

Greg & Jim
